Howdy howdy and welcome to the State 28, which was born out of pure love for our great state! (Ryan) Funk was born and raised in Austin, Texas where he still lives today with his daughter as a single dad. Owning a full-service digital print shop, FUNK’S Printable Planet, and LOVING the state he hails from (also his first tattoo) it was a natural fit, like a cool river coupled with a cold Topo Chico and a Texas sunset………….just perfect!

The State 28 is high end apparel line dedicated to the one and only State of Texas. Offering women’s high-end fashion, men’s apparel so soft he won’t want to take off, and of course the most comfortable clothes for the Lil’ Texans, as well as the furry 4-legged ones!  You will be able to keep the entire family looking amazing and stylish all year long!
